As Jen’s Transaction Manager, Betsy is a dedicated team player who uses her passion for coordinating and organization to create a smooth real estate transaction. She maintains a warm, professional, and efficient approach to keep clients informed and ensures the transaction stays on track through to the closing table.
Originally raised in middle Tennessee, Betsy began a career in event coordinating after graduating from the University of Tennessee in Chattanooga. She moved to Nashville to work as a private dining coordinator for a local restaurant before venturing on to become the Director of Special Events for a popular hot chicken brand. In this role, she coordinated and executed multiple large-scale festivals for the brand. In December 2019, she moved to New Orleans to create and lead the events program for a local macro-brewery before finally taking the leap into real estate and transaction coordinating in 2021.
In her free time, Betsy enjoys anything food-related – cooking, eating out at new restaurants, and exploring new cities through their culinary adventures. In Chicago, her favorite spots to visit are John’s Food & Wine, Monteverde, Daisies, Meadowlark, and Best Intentions. She is an avid book lover and enjoys participating in a monthly book club. She has a pretty cute dog named Ruthie, too!
